A unique itinerary that will let you discover the most important and popular Italian sparkling wines. The places visited will give you the chance to taste other fine wines and food products like olive oil and radicchio. You will visit wonderful cities of artistic importance like Venice, Verona, Milano or Bergamo and thousand-year old abbeys, keepers of the wine making secrets. ITINERARY:

DAY 1

-Morning: guided tour of Bergamo Città Alta, surrounded by walls, from where you can admire an enchanting view AS AN ALTERNATIVE guide tour of the historical center of Milan (depending on the client’s departure place or preferences)

-Lunch

-Afternoon: transfer to Franciacorta, in the heart of Lombardy, where excellent sparkling wines, made by traditional method, make this territory one of the most renowned wine area of Italy. Winery tour with wine tasting.

-Dinner in a romantic restaurant on Iseo lake.

-Accommodation in 3*** or 4**** hotels

DAY 2

-Morning: transfer to “Strada dei Sapori del Garda” in Garda lake district, particularly suitable for the olive oil production, visit of a mill and olive oil tasting. Lunch based on cold dishes.

-Afternoon: guided tour of Sirmione, the so called “The pearl of Garda” and of the splendid Scaligero castle .

-Transfer to Verona

-Accommodation in 3*** or 4**** hotels

DAY 3

-Morning: guided tour of Verona, the romantic city of Romeo and Juliet

-Lunch

-Afternoon: excursion in Valpolicella, the land of Amarone wine, a strong red wine of high regard, cellars tour and wine tasting in a renowned Winery.

-Accommodation in 3*** or 4**** hotels

DAY 4

-Transfer to Venice: guided tour of the most beautiful city in the world and time available to walk through the channels and bridges of this wonderful town on water.

-Accommodation in 3*** or 4**** hotels

DAY 5

-Morning: transfer to “Strada del Radicchio Rosso di Treviso e variegate di Castelfranco” the land where the delicious radicchio grows, visit of a farm producing the radicchio IGP.

-Lunch based on radicchio and with its delicate taste.

-Afternoon: Prosecco tour, tour of a modern winery where the Italian sparkling wine more required in the world is produced. Wine tasting.

-Accommodation in 3*** or 4**** hotels

DAY 6

-Morning: transfer to Trento and cellars tour of a gorgeous winery where the Trento Doc sparkling wine is created with the traditional method, a so called “sparkling of the mountains” that holds a special combination of three elements: the land, the climate and the altitude.

-Lunch

-Afternoon: guided tour of Novacella Abbey, Augustinian canons’ abbey, nowadays still a monastery. Cellars guided tour and wine tasting.
