Hello!

I am Mariangela Piccoli and I am a licensed tour leader.

I assist and hang around with groups or single travellers in their travel itinerary, usually organised by a tour operator, a travel agency or other promoter.

My professional knowledge is based on my Public Relations degree, a wide knowledge of foreign languages and a rich background consisting in countless tours around Italy and abroad.

I am a licensed tour leader. I assist and hang around travellers within Italy and abroad following the travel itinerary organised by a tour operator or a travel agency. I can offer information about the itinerary and the spots of interest. I can provide accomodation for tourists in hotels and restaurants. I take care of possible complaints or accidents and I try to foster the balance and the unity of the group.

Travel Planner

Travel

I am a travel consultant for tour operators, travel agencies and individuals. I plan personalised itineraries focusing on customer tastes and preferences and combinig them with the criteria and the identity of the visited country. I acquired all these skills through to my huge experience as a travel agent and thanks to my travels all over the world.

Sommelier

I am a sommelier of the Italian Sommelier Association (AIS). I organise food and wine itineraries throughout my region (Friuli Venezia Giulia) and all over Italy (tastings and visits in wine cellars, olive oil mills, ham factories and dairies).

Art Expert

I guide groupes through exhibitions and museums providing all the necessary information about the event and the involved artists. I have a past experience as a museum guide and as an art teacher in cultural associations.
